Project Description

Operated with Ledcor management staff and prime U.S. Contractor: Harris Systems to improve operational efficiency and quality on the Alberta First Responder Reconstruction Project.

Work Scope

  • Completed bid matrix for preliminary, regional specific, unit pricing.
  • Supervised, managed, and lead field staff on all projects. Including and not exclusive to, interpreting drawings and proximity agreements, running survey equipment, completing layout, operating equipment, tying re-bar, pouring and finishing concrete, installing sub-grade grounding grids/conduit installs, building roads, compounds and fences on new and existing sites.
  • Completed 60% of the project and withdrew to pursue Roger’s opportunity. Pleased to discuss if required.
